Placing a Reservation
A minimum of 50% of the total reservation is required to reserve.
Any remaining balance must be paid in full no later than the Monday of the event week no by 5pm.
Failure to pay the remaining balance by this deadline will result in:
• Automatic cancellation of the reservation
• Forfeit of any money paid
• Immediate release of inventory, making it available for other customers to book
If a reservation is canceled due to non‑payment and the customer wishes to reinstate it, a $25 reinstatement fee will apply. Reinstatement is not guaranteed and is subject to item availability at the time of the request.
Rental Period & Responsibility
You are responsible for all rented items from the moment they are delivered or picked up until they are returned. Items must be kept in good condition and protected from weather, pets, smoke, food stains, and improper use.
Security Deposit / Damage Hold
A temporary security hold may be placed on your card to cover damages, missing items, excessive cleaning, or late returns. This is not a charge. The hold is released automatically once all items are returned in their original condition.
Assembly, Setup & Proper Use
Customers are responsible for assembling and disassembling all rented tables and chairs. Setup services are not included unless specifically added to the reservation as a paid Set Up Fee.
Dolce Rentals provides heavy‑duty tables and chairs; however, overloading or improper use — such as standing on them — can lead to structural failure. Misuse, abuse, or failure to follow usage guidelines may result in damage charges.
Liability & Safety
Customers accept full responsibility for any injuries or damages resulting from the use or misuse of any rented items. This includes, but is not limited to, negligent actions by the customer, their guests, or incidents caused by acts of nature while the items are in their possession.
Dolce Rentals, its employees, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any claims arising from such events.
Delivery & Pickup Policies
Dolce Rentals delivers and picks up on the same day unless otherwise approved.
• Latest pickup time: 11:00 PM (Mon–Sat)
• Latest pickup time: 10:00 PM (Sunday)
• After‑hours pickups are subject to a $100 per hour flat fee (not prorated).
• Next‑day pickup must be approved by management.
Customers must ensure clear access for delivery and pickup. Additional fees may apply for stairs, long distances, difficult access, delays, and wait times caused by the client or venue.
Customer Pickup
• Only select items are eligible for pickup.
• Proper transportation is mandatory to prevent damage to the inventory.
• We reserve the right to refuse a pickup if the transportation vehicle is not appropriate or may risk damage to our inventory.
• Customers are fully responsible for all inventory while it is in their possession.
• Any damages will be assessed and collected upon return at the replacement cost, plus tax and shipping.

Fridays: 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Saturdays: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Return Window:
Mondays (after weekend events): 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Outdoor Events
If your event is outdoors, please consider weather conditions and ground stability. Dolce Rentals is not responsible for issues arising from rain, wind, extreme heat, or uneven surfaces. Items must be protected from the elements at all times.
Cleaning Fees
Light cleaning is included. A $50 cleaning fee will be assessed if items are returned excessively dirty or beyond normal use.
Damaged, Lost, or Missing Items
The customer assumes full responsibility for all rental items while in their possession. Any damages, missing items, or replacements will be assessed upon pickup, and the corresponding replacement costs will be collected at that time. Replacement value is based on current market cost.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations may be made at any time; however, a $25 cancellation fee applies.
Any remaining paid balance will be issued as store credit, which must be redeemed within 6 months from the date of cancellation. Credits must be used for an event within that 6‑month window, not applied to events scheduled after the expiration date of the 6-month window. Store credit is non‑refundable and non‑transferable.
Changes to Orders
Additions are subject to availability.
Reductions made within 48 hours of the event date are non‑refundable.
Late Returns
Late returns will incur additional rental fees and may result in loss of the security deposit.
Respect & Conduct Clause
Dolce Rentals, The Party Boutique LLC, is committed to providing exceptional service in a respectful and professional environment. We reserve the right to pause or terminate services without refund if any member of our team experiences or perceives disrespectful, hostile, or inappropriate behavior — verbal, written, or physical — from clients, guests, or affiliates.
This includes harassment, intimidation, discriminatory remarks, or any conduct that compromises the safety, dignity, or well‑being of our staff or business.
Our team’s safety and dignity are non‑negotiable, and we appreciate your partnership in maintaining a positive and respectful atmosphere.
